How do I place my order?
Simply choose your variant of the product in the drop-down menu on the product page and click on the " Add To Cart" Button and go to the checkout page.
I did not get any confirmation e-mail after placing my order, Why?
Sometimes it might take a while until the e-mail is sent out but you could also check your spam folder to see if the email went there. If not, Contact our Support team at Support@vdubarmy.com and they´ll help you out.
When will my order ship?
Your order will usually ship within 3-10 days (Exceptions may occur if there is high demand or holiday seasons.). You'll receive an email notification with the tracking code when your package has shipped. (Exceptions being if we are waiting for more stock if you’ve ordered multiple items and one is a pre-order or not in stock)
Where are the products shipped from?
VDUB ARMY partners with global suppliers and have warehouses and manufacturing sites globally. This means that part of your order may ship from global areas such as China, UK, and USA.
Why does my order come in different packages?
We strive to cut the middlemen in the majority of our products which means we mostly have different suppliers for each product. This way we can keep our prices the lowest possible without any extra mark-ups, so that is why your products in the same order can be shipped to you in different packages. So this means that you will sometime receive your order at different times in different packages.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes, we do. After your order has been shipped, you´ll get an email with a tracking code. Then insert the tracking code on our TRACK YOUR ORDER page to track your order. Remember to check you spam folder in your e-mail if you don´t receive any tracking code email.
What are shipping rates and policies?
We are now offering Worldwide Shipping on all orders. After promotion, shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your package and your location.
Shipping Rate for the U.S is 3.95$ and for International orders 5.95$. Our policy is to keep the prices low so our shipping costs never go over 6$.
How long does it take to receive my order?
From 1-4weeks (After Processing time), Check out our Shipping Page for more specific information about shipping times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Make sure to enter your entire international address in English characters. Don't forget the Postal Code and Phone number to avoid shipping trouble!
I made a mistake in my order, how do I fix it?
If you made a mistake on your order, please contact our support team at Support@vdubarmy.com as soon as possible after placing your order so we can make it right, we suggest within 24hrs after placing the order.
I'd like to cancel my order.
If your order hasn´t yet been shipped or processed you can cancel your order by contacting our support team at Support@vdubarmy.com within 24hrs after placing your order. We'll promptly refund you in full.
Can I return my order and get a full refund?
We are sorry to hear this. But of course, we refund you if your product has some failure, please contact our customer service and check out our Refund Policy for further instructions.
I accidentally chose the wrong size, can I return it?
We normally do not accept returns for custom printed products when every item is printed by the demand of each order, but if you have ordered the wrong size and want another one in the right size, then contact Support@vdubarmy.com for a heavily reduced price so you can get the right size and keep your old one.
I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address!
If you catch this error quickly, and if we haven't shipped your order yet, please contact us with your order number and the correct mailing address as soon as possible! We'll make the change on our end and ship to your new address. If we've already shipped your order to the incorrect address you accidentally provided, we'll have to wait for the order to be returned to us and you'll need to pay for re-shipping the item to your new address. In either scenario, please email us with your order info and new address!
I received a tracking code but its now working yet!
Sometimes it takes a few days before the tracking code starts to update tracking information, this is very common. If several days have gone by and it still doesn't show any tracking information, then just contact our support team at Support@vdubarmy.com and they will sort it out for you.
Where is my package? The tracking information hasn't updated in a long time. Can you tell me where it is?
Unfortunately, We only see the same tracking information as you. In some cases, international orders can take up to 5 weeks to clear customs.
If the tracking information was last departed from the warehouse and has not updated recently, it is more than likely still making its way overseas. Once it arrives at that next overseas destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will update. If it has been over 5 weeks since it has been updated, let us know and we can either try shipping your order again or offer you a Full Refund.
I paid for shipping on my order, but then the package arrived and I had to pay to receive it.
Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
Depending on the country of delivery, you may incur additional customs delays, duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
