Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. If you need to return or refund your order, please read the following instructions carefully:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Because our most of our products are custom made by demand, we do not offer returns for change of mind and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, you will find instructions below.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to be able to accept returns.
VDUB ARMY is not responsible for the Return shipping fees. We need a receipt or proof that the order has been shipped back to us to be able to give you a Refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
A change of size
All the clothing products we sell is custom made and printed on demand by each order, this means that we do not accept Returns on Custom printed products, BUT we offer heavily reduced prices on a new product so you can get the correct size as cheap as possible :) Contact Support@vdubarmy.com for further instructions.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You can also send a proof of that you have shipped back the order to us to get your refund faster.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@vdubarmy.com and attach a picture with the damaged/defective product.
Shipping of returned items
To return your product, you should Contact Support@vdubarmy for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
